Removal and Installation

NOTE: If a heater core leak is suspected, the heater core must be pressure leak tested before it is removed from the vehicle.

1. Remove the heater core and evaporator core housing.
2. Remove the 2 LH floor duct screws.
3. Remove the LH floor duct.
4. Remove the 2 RH floor duct screws.
5. Remove the RH floor duct.
6. Remove the 3 housing brace screws.
7. Remove the housing brace.
8. Remove the 3 heater tube cover screws.
9. Remove the heater tube cover.
10. Remove the heater tube seal.
11. Remove the 4 heater core cover screws.
12. Remove the heater core cover.
13. Remove the heater core.
14. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
