Normal Operation
When a button is pressed on the remote keyless entry (RKE) keypad a signal is sent to the vehicle security module through circuits 117 (PK/BK), 118 (PK/OG), or 163 (RD/OG) to activate the function requested.

Possible Causes
- circuit 117 (PK/BK) open or short to ground
- circuit 118 (PK/OG) open or short to ground
- circuit 163 (RD/OG) open or short to ground
- remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitters
- vehicle security module
