PASSIVE ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM (PATS) TRANSCEIVER







Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the battery.







2. Remove the audio control switch (if equipped).
1 Using a suitable tool, release the locking tang.
2 Disconnect the audio control switch electrical connector.

3. Remove the 3 screws and the steering column lower shroud.
4. Disconnect the PATS transceiver electrical connector.
5. Remove the screw and the PATS transceiver.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
