Air Injection Bypass Valve: Service and Repair
Secondary Air Injection (AIR) ValveExploded ViewRemoval and Installation 1.
Disconnect the secondary air injection (AIR) inlet, outlet and vacuum control hoses from the AIR valve.
2.
Remove the 2 bolts and the AIR valve.

To install, tighten to
20 Nm (15 lb-ft).
3.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
