PINPOINT TEST A: NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE SPEED CONTROL ACTUATOR

Normal Operation
The speed control actuator sends and receives signals through the standard corporate protocol (SCP) network. The speed control actuator receives voltage through circuit 601 (LB/PK) and is grounded through circuit 1205 (BK).

Possible Causes
- Circuit 601 (LB/PK) open
- Circuit 1205 (BK) open
- Speed control actuator
