First pass Tighten to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.)
Second pass Loosen one full turn
Third pass Tighten to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
Fourth pass Tighten 90°
Final pass Tighten 90°





Lower intake manifold bolts
First pass 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.)
Final pass 32 Nm (24 ft. lbs.)





Upper intake manifold bolts & stud bolt 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)








Exhaust Manifold Bolts & Stud Bolts

Install new bolts and stud bolts.

First pass 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.)
Final pass 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.)

Camshaft sprocket bolt 63 Nm (46 ft. lbs.)
