Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the exhaust manifold-to-exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve tube fitting at the EGR valve.
- To install, tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).

3. Disconnect the differential pressure feedback EGR sensor electrical connector.







4. Release the pin-type wire retainer from the differential pressure feedback EGR sensor.
5. Disconnect the exhaust manifold-to-EGR valve tube nut at the exhaust manifold.
- To install, tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).

6. Remove the exhaust manifold-to-EGR valve tube.
7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
