Transaxle Support Insulator

Transaxle Support Insulator:





Removal
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
2. Remove the LH wheel and tire.





3. Place the high-lift transmission jack under the transaxle.





4. Remove the LH transaxle upper support insulator nut.





5. Remove the engine and transaxle upper support bracket bolts and bracket.





6. Remove the engine and transaxle upper support insulator bolts and insulator.

Installation





1. Install the LH transaxle support insulator and bolts.
^ Tighten to 90 Nm (66 ft. lbs.).





2. Install the transaxle upper support bracket and bolts
^ Tighten to 62 Nm (46 ft. lbs.).





3. Install the transaxle upper support insulator nut.
^ Tighten to 90 Nm (66 ft. lbs.).
4. Remove the high-lift transmission jack.
5. Install the LH wheel and tire.
6. Lower the vehicle.
