Normal Operation
The restraints control module (RCM), parking aid module (if equipped) and the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module (without stability control) (if equipped) communicates with the scan tool through the ISO 9141 communications network, circuit 70 (LB/WH).

Possible Causes
- Circuit 70 (LB/WH) open, short to ground or voltage (ISO 9141)
- RCM
- ABS module without roll stability control (if equipped)
- Parking aid module (if equipped)
