Selector Lever Indicator Adjustment
1. For either automatic transmission, place the manual control lever in the (D) position.
^ Place the selector lever in the 1st gear position.
^ For 4R70E/4R75E transmissions, move the selector lever 2 detents to the (D) position.
^ For TorqShift transmissions, move the selector lever 3 detents to the (D) position.
2. Hang a 1.3 kg (3 lb) weight on the transmission range selector lever.
3. Center the pointer in the middle of the (D) position.
^ Rotate the thumbwheel, located on the bottom of the steering column, to adjust the pointer.





4. Remove the weight.
