Power Liftgate Motor

POWER LIFTGATE MOTOR

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the power liftgate rod assembly.
2. Disconnect the power liftgate motor electrical connectors.
3. Remove the power liftgate motor retaining bolts and remove the power liftgate motor assembly.
- To install, tighten to 11 Nm (8 lb-ft).

4. Position the back end of the rear quarter trim out enough to access the top power liftgate motor retaining bolt.
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
