Removal

1. NOTE: The coolant hoses do not need to be removed from the engine.

Remove the coolant hoses from the transmission fluid filler tube and position aside.





2. NOTE: The coolant hoses have been removed for clarity.

Remove the transmission fluid level indicator.





3. NOTE: The coolant hoses have been removed for clarity.

Remove the nut, rotate the transmission fluid filler tube counterclockwise 90 degrees and remove the transmission fluid filler tube.





Installation
1. Install the fluid filler tube and the nut.
^ Tighten to 11 Nm (8 ft. lbs).





2. Install the transmission fluid level indicator.





3. Route the coolant hoses in the transmission fluid filler tube.
