Removal and Installation

NOTE: When installing a new stability control sensor cluster, the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module must be calibrated. Follow the scan tool directions for the calibration procedures.

1. Remove the pin-type retainer and the driver side floor console finish panel.





2. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and the LH instrument panel brace.
^ To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.).





3. Remove the 2 screws and LH heater duct.





4. Disconnect the stability control sensor cluster electrical connector.
5. Remove the stability control sensor cluster electrical harness retainers and position aside.
6. Remove the 2 stability control sensor cluster bracket nuts and the stability control sensor cluster.
^ To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 inch lbs.).

7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
