Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.







2. If necessary, detach the electrical connector from the RH inner fender splash shield.







3. If necessary, remove the 6 screws, the pushpin and the RH inner fender splash shield.
4. Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) electrical connector.







5. NOTE: If necessary, lubricate the HO2S with lock lubricant to assist in removal.

Using the special tool, remove the HO2S.
- To install, tighten to 46 Nm (34 lb-ft).

6. NOTE: Apply anti-seize to the threads of the HO2S.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
