Normal Operation
The vehicle security module communicates with the scan tool through the UBP communication network. Circuit 693 (OG) provides the network connection to the vehicle security module. The vehicle security module shares the UBP network with the electronic automatic temperature control (EATC) module and the instrument cluster. Voltage for the vehicle security module is provided by circuits 116 (RD/BK) and 1306 (PK/WH). Circuit 57 (BK) provides ground.
