PINPOINT TEST A: THE SPEED CONTROL IS INOPERATIVE - UNABLE TO ENTER SELF-TESTA1:
Normal Operation The speed control actuator sends and receives signals over the standard corporate protocol (SCP) network. The speed control actuator receives voltage through circuit 601 (LB/PK) and is grounded through circuit 1205 (BK).
