Normal Operation
The smart junction box (SJB) energizes the lock relay based upon input from the ajar switches, the transmission range (TR) sensor, and the vehicle speed signal. The SJB locks the doors when it senses the doors are closed, the vehicle is in motion, and the vehicle speed exceeds 20 km/h (12 mph).
