Removal and Installation
1. Remove the steering column assembly.
2. Remove the insert plate and shift interlock actuator bolts.

3. NOTE: The shift interlock actuator clip is an assembly aid for the assembly plant and does not need to be replaced.

Remove the insert plate from the shift interlock actuator.
^ Remove and discard the shift interlock actuator clip.
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Tighten to 9 Nm (80 inch lbs.)
