Jackshaft Chain Tensioner Bolts 9 Nm (80 inch lbs).
Crankshaft Pulley Bolt
Discard the crankshaft pulley bolt and washer. This bolt is torque-to-yield and cannot be reused.
First pass 45 Nm (33 ft. lbs).
Final pass Tighten 85°
