Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) vacuum regulator valve electrical connector.
3. Disconnect the EGR vacuum regulator valve vacuum connector.
4. Remove the 2 EGR vacuum regulator valve nuts.
- To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
