Stage 2: Bolts 1-10 115 Nm (85 lb-ft).
Stage 3: Bolts 1-10 an additional 90°
Stage 4: Bolts 1-10 a second time, 90°
Stage 5: Bolts 1-10 a third time, 90°
Stage 6: Bolts 11-15 24 Nm (18 lb-ft).
Stage 7: Bolts 11-15 31 Nm (23 lb-ft).
Cylinder head gasket surface flatness a 0.0508 mm (0.002 in)
Cylinder head thickness - minimum 95 mm (3.74 in)
Intake Manifold Bolts
Stage 1 Loosely install Bolts 1-8
Stage 2: Bolts 9-16 11 Nm (8 lb-ft).
Stage 3: All Bolts 11 Nm (8 lb-ft).
Exhaust manifold bolts 38 Nm (28 lb-ft).
