Window Glass - Rear, Manual Sliding Panel

Glass assembly in vehicle

1. For regular and SuperCab vehicles, remove the headliner. For SuperCrew vehicles, lower and position the headliner forward.

2. If equipped, remove the tether anchor bolt and tether anchor.
- To install, tighten to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).





Glass assembly in or out of vehicle

3. Position the sliding glass panel to the full CLOSED position.

4. Remove the upper rail filler.
- Pull down the driver side of the upper filler while carefully sliding it out of the track towards the driver side of the vehicle.





5. Position the sliding glass panel to the full OPEN position.

6. Remove the lower rail filler.
- Pull up the passenger side of the lower filler while carefully sliding it out of the track towards the passenger side of the vehicle.





7. Push the sliding glass upward and tilt the bottom inward to disengage the sliding glass from the track. Remove the sliding glass panel.

8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
