Synchronizers
Synchronizers Disassembly and Assembly 1.
NOTE: Match-mark parts for assembly.
Disassemble the synchronizer.

Remove one retaining spring.

Flip the synchronizer over and remove the opposite retaining spring.
3
Remove the 3 insert keys.
4
Remove the sleeve.

Inspect all synchronizer components for wear and damage.
3.
To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
