Removal and Installation

All vehicles
1. Disconnect the crankcase vent tube and vacuum tube from the air cleaner outlet pipe.

Partial zero emissions vehicle (PZEV)
2. Loosen the 2 air cleaner outlet pipe clamps.
- Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe.
- To install, tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb-in).

Non-PZEV
3. Loosen the 2 air cleaner outlet pipe clamps.
- Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe.
- To install, tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).

All vehicles
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
