Auxiliary Heater Core









Removal and Installation

1. Remove the LH quarter trim panel.

2. Drain the engine coolant.

3. Remove the auxiliary heater core bracket screw and the auxiliary heater core bracket.

4. NOTE: Position the heater core tubes over a suitable drain pan to prevent coolant from spilling into the vehicle.

Release the clamps and disconnect the auxiliary heater inlet and outlet hoses at the heater core.

5. Remove the auxiliary heater core.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

7. Fill the engine cooling system.
