Remove the instrument panel.

Remove the evaporator core housing. For additional information, refer to Evaporator Core Housing

Remove the 4 plenum chamber nuts and the plenum chamber.

To install, tighten to
4 Nm (35 lb-in). 4.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
