Driver Seat Module (DSM)









Removal and Installation

NOTE: Prior to the replacement of the Driver Seat Module (DSM), it is necessary to upload the module configuration information to the appropriate scan tool. This information must be downloaded into the new DSM after installation. For additional information, refer to Information Bus.

1. NOTE: This step is necessary only if the DSM is being replaced.

Upload the module configuration information from the DSM. For additional information, refer to Information Bus.

2. Remove the driver seat. For additional information, refer to Seats.

3. Disconnect the 4 DSM electrical connectors.

4. Remove the 2 screws and the DSM.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- NOTE: This portion of this step is necessary only if the DSM is being replaced.

Download the SJB configuration information from the scan tool. For additional information, refer to Information Bus.
