Power Liftgate Motor









Removal and Installation

1. NOTE: Support the liftgate before disconnecting the power liftgate motor.
Disconnect the power liftgate motor assembly from the upper power liftgate motor mount.


2. Remove the LH quarter trim panel access cover.

3. Disconnect the power liftgate motor from the lower power liftgate motor mount.

4. Disconnect the power liftgate motor electrical connector and remove the power liftgate motor assembly.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Initialize the power liftgate. For additional information, refer to Power Liftgate Initialization Programming and Relearning.
