Removal

1. Remove the front door sail panel.





2. Disconnect the exterior mirror electrical connector.





3. Remove the 2 exterior mirror nuts and 1 bolt.

- To install, tighten to 11 Nm (97 lb-in).





4. NOTE: The assembly aid hook is used only for production, if the hook is broken or missing the existing mirror can be installed with out the assembly aid hook.

Remove the exterior mirror.

1. Remove the 2 nuts.

2. Remove the bolt.

3. Slide the mirror assembly rearward and upward to disconnect the assembly aid hook and remove the exterior mirror.

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
