Fuel Vapor Tube Assembly

Removal

1. Remove the fuel tank. REFER to Fuel Tank Fuel Tank.

2. Disconnect the FTP (Fuel Tank Pressure) sensor electrical connector.

3. Disconnect the fuel vapor tube assembly-to-fuel vapor valve quick connect coupling. REFER to Quick Connect Coupling Quick Connect Coupling.

4. Disconnect the fuel vapor tube assembly-to-fuel level sensor quick connect coupling. REFER to Quick Connect Coupling Quick Connect Coupling.

5. Release the 4 retainer clips and remove the fuel vapor tube assembly.

Installation

1. Install the fuel vapor tube assembly into the 4 retainer clips.

2. Connect the fuel vapor tube assembly-to-fuel level sensor quick connect coupling. REFER to Quick Connect Coupling Quick Connect Coupling.

3. Connect the fuel vapor tube assembly-to-fuel vapor valve quick connect coupling. REFER to Quick Connect Coupling Quick Connect Coupling.

4. Connect the FTP (Fuel Tank Pressure) sensor electrical connector.

5. Install the fuel tank. REFER to Fuel Tank Fuel Tank.

6. Carry out the Evaporative Emission System Leak Test. REFER to Evaporative Emission System Leak Test Component Tests and General Diagnostics.
