Removal and Installation

NOTE: For parts identification and location, refer to Seat - Exploded View, Front Seat - Exploded View, Front.

1. Release the backrest cover J-clip and unzip the 2 zippers.

2. If equipped, remove the backrest Thermo-Electric Device (TED). For additional information, refer to Seat Backrest Thermo-Electric Device Seat Backrest Thermo-Electric Device.

3. Disconnect the lumbar motor electrical connector.

4. Remove the lumbar assembly.
- Pinch the lumbar retainers together to release from the backrest frame.

- For installation, make sure the arrow is pointed up.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
