Removal and Installation

All vehicles

1. Remove the fuel tank. For additional information, refer to Fuel Tank and Lines Fuel Tank.

2. Disconnect the Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor electrical connector.

3. Release the 2 fuel vapor tube assembly-to-fuel vapor valve quick connect couplings. For additional information, refer to Fuel System - General Information Service and Repair.

Vehicles with Saddle-Type Tank

4. Remove the 2 fuel tank isolators.

All vehicles

5. Release the retainer clips and remove the fuel vapor tube assembly.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Carry out the Evaporative Emission System Leak Test. For additional information, refer to Evaporative Emission System Leak Test Testing and Inspection.
