Rear View Mirrors

The main components of the exterior rear view mirrors are the following:

- Manually adjusted exterior mirror glass
- Exterior mirror glass
- Exterior mirror glass (blind spotter)
- Exterior mirror plastic housing
- Exterior mirror control switch (optional - power mirrors only)
- Heated exterior mirror glass (optional)

Heated Exterior Rear View Mirrors

The power exterior rear view mirrors are equipped with heated mirror glass, which heats the mirror glass to remove frost, snow, ice and condensation. The rear window defrost/heated mirror switch controls the operation of the heated exterior rear view mirrors. The heated exterior rear view mirrors are heated for a period of 10 minutes when the rear window defrost/heated mirror switch is activated.

Interior Rear View Mirror

The interior rear view mirror is a manually positioned day/night mirror.

Vehicles equipped with the rear video camera system displays the rear video camera image in a portion of the interior rear view mirror. For information on the rear video camera system, refer to Parking Aid Description and Operation.
