Wheel Speed Sensor Ring - Front
Removal
1. Remove the front brake disc.
2. NOTICE: Do not reuse the wheel speed sensor ring, false wheel speed sensor readings can be sent to the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) module which can result in incorrect ABS operation.
Using the 2- or 3-Jaw Puller and the appropriate size step plate from the Step Plate Adapter Set, remove and discard the front wheel speed sensor ring.
Installation
1. NOTICE: The front wheel speed sensor ring must be pressed on straight or false wheel speed sensor readings can be sent to the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) module resulting in incorrect ABS operation.
Using an appropriate size cylinder and a press, install a new front wheel speed sensor ring.
2. Install the brake disc.
