Fuel Vapor Tube Assembly

Removal

1. Remove the fuel tank. REFER to Fuel Tank .

2. Disconnect the FTP (Fuel Tank Pressure) sensor electrical connector.

3. Disconnect the fuel vapor tube assembly-to-fuel vapor valve quick connect coupling. REFER to Quick Connect Coupling .

4. Disconnect the fuel vapor tube assembly-to-fuel level sensor quick connect coupling. REFER to Quick Connect Coupling .

5. Release the 4 retainer clips and remove the fuel vapor tube assembly.

Installation

1. Install the fuel vapor tube assembly into the 4 retainer clips.

2. Connect the fuel vapor tube assembly-to-fuel level sensor quick connect coupling. REFER to Quick Connect Coupling .

3. Connect the fuel vapor tube assembly-to-fuel vapor valve quick connect coupling. REFER to Quick Connect Coupling .

4. Connect the FTP (Fuel Tank Pressure) sensor electrical connector.

5. Install the fuel tank. REFER to Fuel Tank .

6. Carry out the Evaporative Emission System Leak Test. REFER to Evaporative Emission System Leak Test Evaporative Emission System Leak Test.
