Removal

NOTICE: During engine repair procedures, cleanliness is extremely important. Any foreign material, including any material created while cleaning gasket surfaces, that enters the oil passages, coolant passages or the oil pan can cause engine failure.

1. Remove the valve spring. REFER to Valve Springs .

2. Remove and discard the valve seal.

1. Position 303-468 (T94P-6510-AH) and 307-005 (T59L-100-B) over the seal.

2. Pull up on 307-005 (T59L-100-B) and 303-468 (T94P-6510-AH) and remove the seal.






Installation

1. NOTE: Lubricate the valve seal with clean engine oil prior to installing.
Using 303-470 (T94P-6510-CH) , install the valve seal.





2. Install the valve spring. REFER to Valve Springs .
