Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the air cleaner. For additional information, refer to Intake Air Distribution and Filtering Intake Air Distribution and Filtering.

2. Detach the transmission vent hose from the cooling fan and shroud.





3. Detach the upper 2 wiring harness pushpins from the cooling fan shroud.

4. Release the 2 cooling fan shroud clips.

5. Detach the lower 2 wiring harness pushpins from the cooling fan shroud and disconnect the cooling fan electrical connector.

6. Remove the cooling fan and shroud.

7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
