Heater Core

Removal

1. Remove the instrument panel. REFER to Instrument Panel .

2. Remove the dash panel seal. Remove the heater mounting bracket screw and the heater mounting bracket.





3. Remove the 5 evaporator core cover screws. Remove the heater tube cover and the evaporator core cover.





4. Remove the 4 screws and remove the plenum.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).





5. Remove the 5 heater core cover screws. Remove the heater core cover and the heater core.





Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
