Crankcase Vent Oil Separator - 2.0L GDI

Removal

1. Remove the intake manifold. REFER to Intake Manifold.

2. Release the bypass hose from the retainer clip and position aside.

3. Remove the 8 bolts and crankcase vent oil separator.

1. Remove and discard the gasket.

Installation

1. Using a new gasket, install the crankcase vent oil separator and 8 bolts.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

2. Connect the bypass hose to the retainer clip.

3. Install the intake manifold. REFER to Intake Manifold.
