Throttle Body - 3.5L GTDI









Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect the Throttle Position (TP) sensor electrical connector.

2. Disconnect the Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) electrical connector.

3. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the Charge Air Cooler (CAC) outlet pipe-to-Throttle Body (TB).
- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).


4. Remove the 4 bolts, the TB (Throttle Body) and the TP (Throttle Position) sensor shield bracket.
- Discard the TB (Throttle Body) gasket.

- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).


5. NOTE: Install a new TB (Throttle Body) gasket.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
