Installation - Rear






INSTALLATION




1. Position the rear blower motor (4) to the rear evaporator housing (3) and install the retaining screws (6). Tighten the screws to 5 Nm (44 in. lbs.).
2. Connect the wire harness connectors (5) to the blower motor.
3. Install the rear evaporator insulator and cover (2) to the top of the vehicle and install the retaining screws (1). Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).




4. Install the rear condenser cover bracket (2) onto the rear condenser bracket (5) and install the four retaining bolts (3). Tighten the bolts securely.
5. Install the nut and bolt (4) that secure the rear A/C suction line (1) to the rear condenser cover bracket. Tighten the nut securely.
6. Install the rear condenser cover to the top of the vehicle and install the retaining screws. Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
7. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
