Installation






INSTALLATION




1. Position the rear evaporator temperature sensor (3) to the rear evaporator housing (4) and connect the wire harness connector to the sensor.
2. Engage the rear evaporator temperature sensor to the rear evaporator housing. Make sure the sensor retaining tabs are fully engaged.
3. Install the rear evaporator insulator and cover (2) and the retaining screws (1). Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).




4. Install the rear condenser cover bracket (2) onto the rear condenser bracket (5) and install the four retaining bolts (3). Tighten the bolts securely.
5. Install the nut and bolt (4) that secure the rear A/C suction line (1) to the rear condenser cover bracket. Tighten the nut securely.
6. Install the rear condenser cover to the top of the vehicle and install the retaining screws. Tighten the screws to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs.).
7. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
