1. Position the front axle sensor (5) and mounting bracket (2) into the opening between the two pivot bushings of the left front suspension lower control arm (1) far enough to access and reconnect the vehicle wire harness connector to the sensor connector receptacle.
2. Position the sensor and mounting bracket unit above the crossmember (4) with the mounting holes of the bracket aligned with the holes in the crossmember.
3. Secure the mounting bracket to the crossmember with two new blind rivets (3).
4. Insert the ball stud of the link (6) through the lever arm of the sensor.
5. Install and tighten the nut (7) that secures the ball stud to the sensor lever arm. Tighten the nut securely.
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
