Installation






INSTALLATION

1. Install the EGR Airflow Valve.




2. Install the EGR Airflow Valve bolts (1).




3. Install the IAT Sensor Housing (2) and the front IAT Sensor Housing retaining bolts (1).




4. Install the IAT Sensor Housing Bracket (2) and the 2 rear IAT Sensor housing bolts (1).




5. Install the front EGR Tube.




6. Reconnect the EGR Airflow Valve and IAT harness connectors.




7. Install the Vacuum Pump (2).
8. Install the Lower Turbocharger Intercooler Flex Hose (1).
9. Install the Engine Cover Support Brace.
10. Install the Air Filter Housing and Intake Tube.
11. Install the Engine Cover.
12. Reconnect the Negative Battery Cable.
