1. Position the rear axle sensor (3) and mounting bracket (6) unit to the stud located on the left rear frame rail (2) just forward of the rear axle.
2. Install and tighten the nut (7) that secures the sensor mounting bracket to the stud on the frame rail. Tighten the nut securely.
3. Reconnect the vehicle wire harness connector (1) to the sensor connector receptacle
4. Insert the ball stud of the link (4) through the lever arm of the sensor.
5. Install and tighten the nut (5) that secures the ball stud to the sensor lever arm. Tighten the nut securely.
6. Lower the vehicle.
7. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
