LAMP





NOTE: This procedure is for passenger and cargo vans only. On cab and chassis vehicles the license plate lamp is integral to the left or right rear lamp unit.

1. Position the license plate lamp (2) to the mounting hole in the molded plastic cover (1) over the license plate tub formation in the lower left rear door outer panel.
2. Reconnect the vehicle wire harness connector to the license plate lamp.
3. Engage the inboard side of the lamp housing into the mounting hole.
4. Using hand pressure, press the outboard side of the lamp housing upward into the mounting hole until it snaps into place
5. Reconnect the battery negative cable.
