Manual Shift Linkage Adjust






1. Set transmission lever (A), into Neutral, by moving lever (A clockwise to the Park detent, then counterclockwise 2 detents into Neutral.

2. Position column shift lever in Neutral. This is obtained by rotating until shift lever drops into Neutral gate notch. Do not use shift indicator pointer as a reference to position the shift lever.

3. Connect rod (C) to transmission shaft assembly (B).

4. Slide swivel and clamp on to rod (C). Align assembly with the column shift lever.

5. Hold column lever against Neutral stop (park position side), and tighten attaching nut.
