Fast Idle Speed

4-121 2 BBL. ENGINE
Make all adjustments with engine at normal operating temperature, choke fully open, air cleaner installed and A/C system off, if equipped.
1. Disconnect and plug EGR valve and canister purge hoses.
2. Position fast idle adjusting screw on high step of fast idle cam, then start engine.
3. Turn adjusting screw in or out until specified fast idle speed is obtained.
4. Reconnect hoses to EGR valve and canister.
