Removal/Installation
Timing chain alignment marks:
1.
Remove front cover.
2.
Remove
camshaft and injection pump gears.
3.
Remove cam sprocket, chain and crank sprocket.
4.
Reverse procedure to install. Install cam sprocket and crank sprocket so that timing marks are aligned. Next, rotate
crankshaft 360° so that camshaft gear and injection pump gear timing marks will align. Tighten cam gear bolt to specification
