Water Pump: Service and Repair

1.
Drain
cooling system.
2.
Remove serpentine
drive belt, then the upper fan shroud.
3.
Remove fan,
fan clutch assembly and water pump pulley,

Remove hoses from pump.
5.
Remove water pump attaching bolts, then pump.
6.
Reverse procedure to install. Torque bolts to specification.
